Come and celebrate October 31st with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, the night when the veil between this world and the next is at its thinnest.

You might know it as Halloween, but the origins of this carnival of all things supernatural lie deep within our Celtic roots – traditions such as trick or treat, apple bobbing and jack o’lanterns were all part of Samhain, the pagan Harvest-time celebration of All Hallow’s Eve.

Join us in a musical celebration of this ancient Irish festival - and indulge our continuing love for all things ghoulish, ghostly and chilling of the spine. We’ll certainly put a spell on you, thanks to the RTE Concert Orchestra under the baton of our very own Fright Manager, Mister Guy “Beetlejuice” Barker, with voodoo vocals from “Killer Joe” Stilgoe and Naomi “Vampira” Banks.
